When will I get my order?

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Local delivery

Deliveries are made on weekdays from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We will contact you via text message using the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you of the delivery arrangement.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Nature's Spa at Wheelock Place. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM from Mondays to Fridays and 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. Please bring your order confirmation email with you when you come.

What does shipping cost?

Local delivery

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all local orders over $150. For orders below $150, a flat shipping rate of $15 applies.

Can I send my order overseas?

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We currently ship only within Singapore. Please check back in the future for any updates regarding our shipping destinations.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@naturesspa.com.sg with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
